Haram and Faisal are among the more affordable districts of west Giza. They suit buyers who work in Giza or central Cairo and want large space on a tight budget.
The advantage: wide apartments at prices clearly below 6th October and New Cairo, with quick access to the Grand Egyptian Museum corridor outside rush hours.
The trade-off: peak-hour congestion, and mostly older resale stock. A brand-new unit on a developer payment plan is not what this area offers.
