This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use homelocator.net or contact us by WhatsApp, phone or through our ads, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

Your name.
Your phone or WhatsApp number.
Your email address, if you give it.
Your property preferences: unit type, area, budget and payment plan.
The messages you send us through our forms, WhatsApp or Messenger.
General technical data about how you browse the site (such as pages visited and device type), through the measurement tools described below.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and suggest units that match it.
To follow up with you about the units you asked about.
To measure and improve the results of our ads.
To meet any legal obligation the company has.

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you contact us, in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020). We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Who processes it for us

Our customer relationship system (CRM), where contact details and the follow-up of your request are recorded.
Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp): to receive your messages, and to measure ad results through the Meta Pixel.
Google: for email and file storage, and to show property locations on maps.

Each of them is bound by its own privacy policy, and we share with them only what is needed to provide the service.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as it is needed to answer and follow up on your request, for as long as you deal with us, or for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time, as explained below.

Deleting your data

To have your data deleted, write to privacy@homelocator.net or message us on WhatsApp at +20 110 009 4355, giving your name and the phone number we have on file. We will confirm once it is done.
