Ras Sudr: A Red Sea Chalet Below North Coast Prices, on a Different Market

Ras Sudr is the first Red Sea point past Suez, about two and a half hours from Cairo. It is the shortest drive to the sea of any of our coastal choices.
The advantage: price per metre and per unit sits well below the North Coast, and chalets run year-round rather than summer-only, because the Red Sea winter is mild.
The trade-off: the market is smaller. Demand is seasonal, and rental and resale depth is thinner than the North Coast. If income from the chalet is the goal, measure it against a real season.
How to choose: for personal use at entry pricing, Ras Sudr competes well. For summer rental income and resale depth, compare the North Coast first.
